Post Hi
Hi,

My name is Dave and I live in Barrow in Furness been out of the scene for just over 2 years but time I got back into it.

I am currently driving a mark 2 3000gt twin turbo 6 speed manual and love it, bit different to my old ST205 GT4 but its great to be back in a turbo'd Jap car.

Will get some more pics when I get the car back its currently having a gearbox re-build, new clutch and the flywheel replaced.

There any other members around the Lake District?

How do fella. Not many from that far I don't think. Mainly from Manchester/Cheshire/Merseyside area, not many past Blackpool area. Could be wrong though!

Standard they are 280bhp (usually 300), shit loads of torque, about 350ft lb's or so.

Mine made 340bhp on the dyno though with de cats and exhaust...

Paul.

Thanks for the welcome guys will post complete spec up in the members cars section.

Blackpool is only an hour and a bit away from where I live so thats not to bad should be able to get alomg to some meets and stuff.

Standard power on the Mk 2 twin turbos is 320 bhp @ 6000 rpm not to sure on the torque output all I know is that the power is effortless :D

Depends if it's J-spec or UK :P......All Jap spec cars were a conservative 280bhp, most of them made more though.

Paul.
