 Reduce fuel tax!Hey all.
Basically, when VAT was reduced to 15% our kind and generous chancellor levied a 2% increase on fuel duty to cover the loss in revenue. Has this 2% increase been removed since VATwent back to 17.5%? I'll let you guess.... http://petitions.number10.gov.uk/DutyReduction/ is an online petition requesting that the 2% now be deducted as the need for it has passed. Please circulate to any & all forums, etc you are on as the more people sign it, the more likely our Govt is to take notice!
