They are a joke!

Ordered an exhaust last month - still hasnt turned up. After not getting any communication from them after a week, I did some digging. Found the pics he used for the exhaust on ebay! yes ebay! So the guy obviously doesnt have the exhaust in stock.

Then found that he also trades under the name of www.flat4online.co.uk - They are reported to be very very bad! terrible customer service and loads of people in the same situation as me.

the status of the order was changed to 'awaiting courier pickup' - that was a week ago......

Avoid like the plague!!

Bad news that mate, so what's the score are you getting your money back or are you hanging on and hoping they actuallly ship the exhaust?

Well, if it doesnt turn up by the 1st of august then I can claim the money back through VISA chargeback....I would like it to turn up - but not very optomistic!

I've heard MIJ in Birmingham are supposed to be good.........I dunno really. Will be a custom jobby as there dont seem to be any off the shelf units in the UK.

Still no exhaust so going through the legal route now and claiming my money back.........just so people know - this list of companies is run by the same guy in a tiny unit in glasgow............i'll leave it upto you if you want to deal with him or not!!

Is it just me or does it sound like more than car parts he's dealing with, eg. Bridejewellery Ltd. is that the tuners or wedding accessories and Pcgonmad Ltd sounds like a poorly spelt PC technical centre

He does everything. As far as I can work out he doesnt keep stock, so you are kept waiting for months while he imports it, then gives you lame excuses when you ask where your stuff is...........avoid!
