its a long shot but may as well ask in here also...i have a fairly big fibreglass boot build and one of the amps for it has sustained some water damage and is now a bit buggered but as its been built around this amp i need to replace it.. the amp im after is an alpine mrv-f540 if anyone knows anyone that might be willing to sell can you let me know. i know its an old amp now but they are still very good and i have no choice but this specific amp really |

Can it not be repaired? Or the F/G boot build altered to take a different amp. I'd be willing to have a look at the build, pics if you have will do for now. Then i can supply you with an amp. I can't get hold of that Alpine either! |

ill get some piccies of the boot and post them....if all else fails ill just get a dummy amp and run underneath but theres a lightning pattern over the build itself and making the hole bigger would make a mess of it....repairing is an option but im still waiting for it to come back from someone looking at it |
